Memories of New York City

Country:  USA     State:  New York
Place: Museum of Modern Art

As far as collections go, this museum must rank as having one of the best in the world. Any time I am in New York, it is first on my list. For me it gives an opportunity to observe the best examples of the Fine Art experience in the last two centuries. There is always so much to see and enjoy, and so much to learn. Of course, there are other museums that you can visit.  This, to me, is the best place to start.

GLITZ AND GLAMOUR DOWNTOWN

42nd Street is a must.  The intersection between Broadway and Times Square, with its kaleidoscope of neon lights and theatres is big attraction for anyone visiting New York. Best seen at night, whether to take in a show or a restaurant, you will be dazzled by the crowded environment which often resembles a huge Hollywood set.

And a bit of quiet in Central Park.  This is just the place to take the strain of your feet, and enjoy your picnic.
