Country: Brazil         City: Rio de Janeiro     Place:  Around Santo Dumont Airport Queen of the Tropics: No tree displays a grander flower presentation as this one.  From the habitat of Madagascar, the Delonix regia is now seen everywhere in the tropical world.  You would be hard-pressed to get it to grow in the temperate world, but I think it is worth a try.  It can easily be grown from seeds.
