This brings back some memories of my time at the Rio Carnival.  Rio de Janeiro is certainly worth visiting at any time, but with this you get extra fun with the numerous parades. Here are some of my other photos which I took during the Celebrations.

This was the last of the grand parades, held on Saturday days after the official celebrations.. It started at just after nine pm, and ended not far away from five in the morning.  I arrived back at my hotel just in time for breakfast.  The pictures say it all.
